NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A historic Black church on Staten Island was vandalized earlier this week.
Chopper 2 was over Rossville AME Zion Church in the Sandy Ground section of the borough on Wednesday morning. Smashed glass could be seen on the building’s front door.
Police said officers responded to a 911 call of criminal mischief at the location on Monday night.
