Monday Night Football has been a tradition for more than 50 years, and it isn't slowing down for the 2023-24 NFL season. In fact, this week has two primetime matchups airing on September 25. Below, we'll show you how to watch Monday Night Football, whether you're looking to catch the Eagles vs. Buccaneers or Rams vs. Bengals.

The traditional Monday Night Football slot is at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN, and that's when and where you'll catch the Los Angeles Rams take on the Cincinnati Bengals this week. The Rams won the 2022 Super Bowl but followed that up with one of the league's worst records during the following season. They've seemingly returned to form and could once again live up to their old nickname as "the greatest show on turf." The Bengals, meanwhile, nearly knocked Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs out of last season's playoffs but have started this season winless.

This week's bonus Monday Night Football game will start an hour earlier on ABC. The matchup is between the Eagles and Buccaneers. Both teams are undefeated, so only one team can come out unscathed. You can catch the Eagles/Buccaneers on your local ABC station via over-the-air antenna, cable, or satellite, or use several affordable streaming apps. You'll need a cable package or streaming service that includes ESPN to watch Rams/Bengals. We'll break down all your watch options ahead, including potential international access using a VPN.

How to watch Monday Night Football from anywhere

If you're in the US, Monday Night Football usually airs weekly on ESPN at 8:15 p.m. ET. Most cable and satellite services include ESPN, and you can also stream the network via the web using your provider's credentials. This time slot is when you'll find the Rams vs. Bengals play on September 25.

This week, Monday Night Football is also airing a second game on ABC, which will start at 7:15 p.m. ET. This is where you'll be able to watch the Eagles vs. Buccaneers. In addition to cable and satellite, ABC is available in most markets for free using a digital TV antenna.

If you don't subscribe to a pay-TV cable provider, you can also watch Monday Night Football via a live TV streaming service. For ESPN and ESPN2, you can subscribe to Sling Orange for $40 monthly, and your first month is $20 if you've never subscribed before.

Sling offers ABC via its Sling Blue package, but it's only available in eight markets and you have to pay $5 extra to subscribe in those areas. Those markets include New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Houston, Raleigh-Durham, and Fresno. To watch both ESPN and ABC, you'll need Sling Blue + Orange, which costs $60 monthly in the aforementioned markets. You can also watch the Eagles/Buccaneers game on ESPN Plus ($10 per month) if you can't find a cheaper way to access ABC.

There's less friction at Fubo TV. Fubo's Pro plan offers ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2 in almost all markets. But it's pricey at $75 per month.

NFL+ might be better if you're only interested in football. For $6.99 per month, NFL+ offers live streams for all local broadcasts and primetime games, including Monday Night Football, Sunday Night Football, and Thursday Night Football. You'll also get NFL Network access, which has exclusive broadcast rights to eight games for the 2023 season. The only catch is that your choice of playback device for local and primetime games is limited to smartphones and tablets. NFL Network and NFL RedZone are viewable on all supported devices.

In addition to live game streams, you can tune into local radio broadcasts for any game, access advanced fantasy football analysis tools with Fantasy+, enjoy NFL Films content, and watch ad-free highlights from every game weekly. If you go for the $14.99 NFL+ Premium subscription, you can add full game plays, NFL RedZone, and cash in on exclusive offers from NFL Shop.

International viewers not located in the UK (there's a special option for you lot, which we detail further down) can try a VPN to use these affordable services to watch Monday Night Football outside the US. This tool lets you trick sites into thinking you're visiting from within a supported country, so you can sign up for a live TV streaming service and watch Monday Night Football that way (you may need to acquire a US payment method and zip code).

If you need a VPN, you can snag a risk-free offer on the best VPN we've tested. You can grab Express VPN for 49% off the regular price and get three months for free. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied. Check out our ExpressVPN review to learn more.
