Getting a job at Accenture could mean pulling in a six-figure salary right out of business school.

The leading consultancy has its footprint in over 40 industries and more than 500,000 employees worldwide. Like other major firms, the company is known for paying its employees hefty salaries. However, during the coronavirus pandemic, the company had to make job cuts, reduce promotions, and put a pause of hiring efforts.

Business Insider analyzed the US Office of Foreign Labor Certification's 2019 disclosure data for permanent and temporary foreign workers to find out what Accenture paid employees for jobs ranging from entry-level to executive roles. The salary data is based on jobs in the US.

Accenture applied for 2,257 visas in 2019, specifically for roles related to management consulting, engineering, data science, tech solutions, and computer programming. Performance bonuses, signing bonuses, and compensation other than base salaries are not reflected in the data. Accenture did not immediately respond to request for comment.
